Watermelon Lessons

I made a few of the boys tuck this big round watermelon I brought home from the grocery store under their shirts to have a little more understanding of what I feel like every day...and then I made them up pick up their shoes.  We all had a good laugh and I could see a little light bulb go off in their heads-that was enough for me-it has to be because of course the lesson wore off before the day was done.

  2. Hilarious. Ah, you are so wise to give them a dose (even a small dose) of appreciation. Love your darling belly! xo

  3. That is just so sweet to see their giggly faces. Awesome object lesson. You are darling. The only thing "pregnant" about you is your belly. ;)

  7. Hope you are keeping well. What a good fun but poignant thing to get the boys to do. It may have been forgotten by the end of the day but I am sure it will be something they will remember in the future.

  23. You are my hero :) Yesterday I was telling my husband to imagine having to carry a 30 lb back pack around with him all day long, only the pack is attached to your midsection, not your strong back. He is extremely sympathetic and good to me but that was a light bulb moment for him.

You look beautiful, Sarah. I am so excited to "meet" your precious little one and know if it's a girl or a boy. We are almost there!!
