When our first baby was placed in my arms I knew there was no place I wanted to be other than home with him every day. Twenty five years, and five more babies later, (six children, now ages 27-7), I still feel the same. I can’t imagine a more challenging, fulfilling, rewarding “job” than being a mom. It truly is a vocation, and I feel blessed beyond measure. See more in About Me tab at top of page.

ReplyDeleteI just found your blog and have decided you are my new idol! I only have 2 kids but need your organization and structure badly. We just started Saturday morning jobs (OK, it's Sunday - I told you we needed organization!) and it's working out great. The kids are busy sweeping and I'm in heaven not only because the house is getting a little cleaner, but because they are part of the work/family. It is a great lesson. Thanks for the needed kick in the pants!
