Here’s a quick compilation of ten of my favorite easy holiday recipes that I make often. They are NOT fancy at all, and some of them work for this busy time just because they are so simple.
I feel like this is the month I have to balance my cooking or baking or I either never leave the kitchen or burn out quickly and dread cooking. Since I like to try to eat out rarely I have to stay “caught up” with my normal meal plan, but I want to fit in all my holiday favorites also! So I try to do those easy meals, and then splurge on the baking and seasonal favorites.

Made with frozen dinner rolls, pumpkin pie spice and little Kahlua creme (optional for frosting) these are incredibly delicious and will be gone before you set the pan down.
This is my famous feta dip looks beautiful and festive. Simple ingredients it is served with a sliced baguette or two.

A very easy pasta primavera recipe that all the kids love and can be whipped together quickly.
When you just don’t have the time or energy for sugar cookies these are your answer! For the holidays just use red and green sprinkles.
My kids ask for this ALL the time. These chicken fingers are SO delicious and leftovers can be used on a salad the next day.

You need a loaf of french bread some butter, mayo, grated parmesan cheese, and a few spices and oh my word this is good! Sauce for dipping and a salad on the side, pasta optional, it’s that simple!
Another favorite that has gotten rave reviews, these chocolatey gooey wonderful cookies are perfect for dessert or gift giving or just to make on a snowy day.
Perfect for a make ahead meal when you know you’ll have a busy evening.
So easy for parties or a special dessert or Mexican fiesta (which is my go to when all my kids are home aka as burrito bowl night) these Churro bars are rich and creamy with a cinnamon sugar topping.
