I long to accomplish a great and noble task;

but it is my chief duty to accomplish small tasks as if they were great and noble.

    I am so grateful for your blog. I just found you again after 6 years of not reading due to my job & absolutely love reading on your thoughts of every day life. Thank you.

    Sarah:
    I know this is not related to this current post, but I just heard something on a morning show about sleep. I thought of you, and wanted to let you know what I heard. The expert stated that those who wake up night after night around 2 or 3 am are most likely suffering from low blood sugars. The simple remedy is to take a teaspoon full of honey. Another suggestion was guava leaf tea. I know if I had to get up to make tea I would certainly not be able to go back to sleep! But keeping a teaspoon of honey near your bed is easy enough. Good luck, and as always, I love your blog. God bless!

      Hi – I saw this same report and thought the same thing for Sarah. A friend of mine said she has a teaspoon of honey before bed. That way she doesn't even wake up.
