Two snow days this week, heading on three tomorrow (I am suspecting they will call off.)

Since Christmas we’ve had 10, 12, 14?  I don’t know, I’ve lost count.

I have February-itis in a bad way!

Valentine’s Day cookie making.

Roller girl.

Usually she throws her left overs on the floor if I don’t get them in time.

Lots of make up homework, tests, and projects.  What did we do before the internet?

The teachers couldn’t find us, that’s what! 🙂

Gray, gray, gray, white and gray.

I cannot even begin to imagine. We were whining with 3 days here last week (and my kids aren't home). Hang in there!!

We only got up to 10 degrees today. Kids can't play outside. We are still going to school though! It's miserable. So ready for spring. Living in Colorado everyone likes to talk about 300 days of sunshine. It doesn't count if it's sunny and -15 first thing in the morning and only gets up to 10 by noon.

We have had very many snow days here in WI also, but not as many as you. I keep teasing my 9 year old nephew that we will be going to school until the 4th of July. He does not find his Auntie very amusing! It has been so cold here I am just so sick of talking about it. Think warm thoughts!

I'm with you, the snow days are just killing me! (and the plows who keep dumping snow mountains in my driveway!)

You are nearly there! Just a few weeks to go. (in theory!) Here in Australia I am sad that summer is slipping away. The kids are back at school and Autumn will be here before I know it. I'm always pleased to see Winter start though as it means it will be over sooner rather than later! Hope your Spring comes quickly for you 🙂

Another snow day,….or should I say "cold" day. And the next two weeks we have 4 day weeks due to holidays! Makes no sense. I feel like they haven't learned a thing! One of my teacher friends on Facebook ranted about us parents ranting about being home with the kids…."try having 100 kids every day, etc"…. I have had the opportunity to be in the classroom with kids. Every parent should have the opportunity! It truly gives you a greater appreciation for what our teachers experience – and also shows us that our kids are not the "angels" we think they are. But I have felt very off this January with the lack of schedule. Even the kids miss the routine of school and their friends. I love a good snow day off….but on some of these "cold" days, I have taken the kids skiing, they have been out to the movies or shopping….

BTW, Billy is taking photography this semester, too! I'm excited for him.

We are freezing here in Minnesota. I agree…I long for a green sunshine golden day. Your little one is just the cutest.

We haven't had as many snow days (Wisconsin) as you have but my in-laws live in West Michigan and it seems we are getting calls from them weekly about their cancelled days. I'm with you. I want out of the state of Wisconsin for awhile!!! Wish we would have planned a spring get away!

    Stay warm!

Hi Sarah! Been following for a long time, we were actually pregnant at the same time. I was wondering about Janie's dress in the first picture, is it a Mini Boden? Thanks so much, I really enjoy your blog. I only take time to follow 4 so that says a lot!
