Summer Reading

I’ve been reading so much this summer but these two so far are my favorites.  I LOVE historical fiction.  It’s my favorite.   Dates and politics and all that jazz don’t mean anything unless you make history personal….and when it’s all put into a good book…I can’t get enough.

Love historical fiction–I blasted through most of Phillipa Gregory's English royalty books this summer. Have to check these out– I heart Hawaii too!

Oooh thanks, I need a new book! I just need to make sure they're not depressing. It's hard to find good books that aren't sad, and I just can't get into sad books anymore.

We used to live in Hawaii! Will have to check those out. Have you read anything by Jane Kirkpatrick? She's one of my faves.

I read Honolulu as you suggested, and requested our library to get Moloka'i. (they had one and not the other… weird. 😉 Thanks for the recommendation! I really liked it! Have you read Lisa See's books?
