Today I am grateful for a clean house-mostly for a chance to clean the house (Janey being content for more than 10 minutes!), and our new chore/allowance system that gives me a head start. (I copied off of Shawni, you can see hers here-we adapted it to work our family.)

ReplyDeleteI love Shawni and all her great parenting ideas (just like I do yours). I wonder if you would share how you tweaked her money system. My oldest is 5 so I wonder how you are involving your different ages.

ReplyDeleteI started planning the same system as well, but haven't printed it off yet. Would you share your ideas? Our kids ages range the exact same as Shawni's. Our older two have jobs, so I'm struggling with motivating them to work around the house for not that much money when they already make quite a bit of money each week.
