Last weekend, we visited Isaac for Family Weekend. By the time we finally arrived (after cross country) it was late afternoon and the rain had stopped and it was one of those great autumn days outside. The university he attends is beautiful (that means lots of trees, foliage and matching classic brick buildings to me) and I tried to snap pictures but Janey wasn't into it...I only was able to get a few.
Isaac really likes college and I'm so happy about that. He has met great friends and has a busy schedule between classes and work.
Beautiful smile! Love the dimple.
ReplyDeleteSarah, Janey has amazing expressions! I wish I could give her a kiss right there on her serious little forehead:) She is so darn cute!!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad Isaac likes college. The campus looks beautiful. It's nice that he's close enough for you all to visit.
I'm hoping Janey has a good night tonight :))
oh that sweetie!!:)
ReplyDeleteand what a beautiful campus. i just love college!

Love the dichotomy of your life, from newborn to college. The memories of these days are sure to be sweet.
ReplyDeleteThe dimple is killing me!!!
ReplyDeleteI love her furrowed brow, and the dimple. So dear!! I'm sooo jealous of all the talk of fall. We live in florida and fall is one season we just don't have. So, I am happy you share pictures!
ReplyDeleteShe is so cute! I know its comforting to know he is happy and making good friends! We replaced our sliding goor a few years ago love it!

ReplyDeleteAww.. Janey is gorgeous! I love all those smiles you get at that stage.
ReplyDeleteI'm that blog follower that lives up here in Monroe... anyway, when I saw the photo of the boys outside Murphy Hall, I recognized it immediately! My sister in-law graduated from that same college in 2009 (I believe). My husband grew up with 5 siblings and all 6 children managed to attend a different Catholic University in the midwest! Isn't it wonderful how there are so many to choose? Of course I'm bias to Notre Dame as that is my husband's alma mater. Anyway, yes, gorgeous campus! My SIL had an awesome time there and met many great friends! Great college choice!
Dimples!!! So cute!
ReplyDeleteUm, your baby is so cute, I could just eat her up. I know that sounds strange, but I mean it in a totally good way.
ReplyDeleteAwe, Isn't that the best reward for some of those long nights, big gummy grins! Love it! :)
ReplyDeleteI just love her expressions. Agree, a sunroom would be beautiful. Glad Isaac is doing well. We are actually waiting on Katie to get out of class. We are in Texas for her Parents Weekend.
ReplyDeleteDimple Heaven!
ReplyDeleteLove your Ordinary Days posts. Janey is just so precious!
ReplyDeleteMy Lizzie was the serious baby. ( Now, she is my non-stop smiley girl) I would work so hard to get her to show some sort of funny expression like my other baby's did and she gave me the same look every time.
ReplyDeleteLove the pictures of Janey! She is just a doll. Love those big round eyes.
Janey is getting so big! I am in love with the pink bird pajamas she has on in the first picture. Where are they from?
ReplyDeleteI absolutely love your ordinary day posts-thanks for sharing them! I love the pink bird pjs too-super cute!

She is such a beautiful baby Sarah! I can smell her sweet newborn smell through the computer! I just love that smell and the way it fills every room in the house when you have a baby.
ReplyDeleteAnd YES to the sunroom!! It's not like you have anything else to deal with right now - home renovations - bring it on! ;)
I found your blog via interest. Ive looked around a lot and really like it. Thanks for taking time to post!
ReplyDeletePJ'S are from Hanna Anderson!
ReplyDeleteGreat university! I attended there some eight years ago. It is beautiful there this time of year!
ReplyDeleteMy aunt said dimples are where the angels kissed them. My youngest also has angel kisses. I adore them!
ReplyDeleteThat could be the loveliest baby dimple I've ever seen!
