A Sneak Peek

The kid's bathroom is coming along.  I am overjoyed at the workmen I hired.  They are fast and efficient and nice as ever.  I am the one delaying the project right now because I decided to be picky about the sink base.  It was tempting to just take the easy way and go with what could be installed easily instead of prolong this "one bathroom for seven people" deal we've been coping with. It really hasn't been that bad-easier to clean one bathroom that's for sure!  Instead I decided that since I'd be living with my decisions for the rest of my days on earth, I could be a little patient and get the cabinet I really wanted, but that will take an extra week or two to come in .  We are going with green on the walls...a nice pale green I have narrowed down from about 52 paint samples.

  1. Always best to have what you want as you only regret it in the long run. Love green.

  4. I love your bathroom. We are a family of 9 and have one bathroom all the time! We went on vacation and a bathroom on each floor, everyone thought they were in Heaven! LOL

  7. If you are looking for a lovely greenish shade I painted our den Martha Stewart's "Beach Sand" from Home Depot. When you see the sample it looks almost taupe but when it is on the wall it is the most heavenly shade of green...the room just glows. Good luck, I love your bathroom tiles!
