(Isaac, my oldest, 17 years ago)

Enjoy the little things,
for one day you may look back
and realize they were the big things.

Thanks for the great thoughts you share. I love the Battenburg lace shower curtain. We had one of those 17 year ago as well. :)

This was the thought in my mind last night as I bathed my youngest - I thought of how I used to sometimes dread bathtime and now I am holding on so tight with it and praying my youngest continues to take baths and play with his toys and tell me funny things as he splashes!! How soon my days of baths will be over and the very thing that I dreaded years ago will be something I desparately miss.

I get it but I really wish time would stand still! I bet it's a crazy feeling to have a 17 yr old:)

Oh that picture is adorable Sarah! I'm sure that feels like two weeks ago to you. What a doll. And now heading to college! It's so overwhelming, isn't it? How fast they grow. Sometimes it will just hit me. I'll look down and see a pair of Ellie's shoes and think - those are so big! Or I'll wake Kole up from a nap and his body all of the sudden looks so long. And out of no where I have tears filling my eyes.

Love this quote. You always have the best quotes. I should start writing them all down. Or you should print a book! "Clover Lane favorite Quotes" and send me a signed copy! :)
